For the color blocking I decided to start this project a little more abstract. I found images that bike team felt conveyed speed. Those images were then applied onto the frame; scaled, rotated, and tweaked, until something we liked emerged.
The images were refined, made monochromatic, and patterns I developed were added to the mask to further evolve a production ready graphic.
CONCEPT REFINEMENT
Two final concepts were presented to the bike team to be considered for the final production graphic.
